**Return Policy**

1. **Non-Custom Items**
We offer a 30-day return window for non-custom items. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. **Custom Items**
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items are made specifically to your order and cannot be resold. Please carefully review all custom details before finalizing your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect custom item, contact us within 30 days, and we will work to resolve the issue.

3. **Refunds**
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. **Exchanges**
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the 30-day return window for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. **Exceptions**
- Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
